Many chefs have aphorisms or, in their own insightful words, about their cuisine or other relevant areas. How the top 54 were determined using a minimum of 3 stars from Michelin plus a 19 of 20 rating or better from others as well as 'reviewing the reviewers'- Michelin, GaultMillau, etc.
Chapter 2 - Elements of Fine Dining - breaking fine dining down into its components. Determine your priorities for each element when choosing the restaurants you want to dine at next.

A Menu of the Top Chef's Signature Dishes - an exhaustive list of the top chefs' signature dishes categorized by type (soups, foie gras, turbot, etc.), which is meant to be a reference for ideas for home cooks as well as a reference for chefs' preparations.
Top Aphorisms by the Best Chefs - this is a carefully curated compilation of highly insightful and illuminating aphorisms, authored by many of the top chefs.
Top Chefs Cookbooks 'Rated'
Who Trained Whom? Where top chefs trained. This section ranks the best chef training grounds in the world, including who trained whom and who are the most prolific training chefs.
Chapter 4 - Top Fine Cuisines of the World - The top 54 restaurants are broken down by type of cuisine they serve, with almost two-thirds having French menus. This chapter also includes 'Why Does France Have the Finest & Most Prolific Cuisine and Dining in the World?'
Chapter 5 - Top Nearby Hotels & Restaurants - this chapter includes a list and profiles of the top hotels located within a 2-hour drive of two or more of the best restaurants. The cities and regions include Paris, the French Alps, the South of France, Tokyo, New York City, Las Vegas, and Southwestern Germany. The list was created using Forbes's 5-star rating system, Michelin's 3-Key rating system, or Tripadvisor ratings for very small markets.

Chapter 7 - Top Rated Chefs' Cookbooks List - Rating the best fine cuisine books - only the best make it to this list and require cookbooks with the restaurant's recipes from their menu. These ratings should be very helpful for your next cookbook purchase.
